Position Summary: We are seeking a trainer to onboard and train new advisors on mobile number portability for the Spanish market, with a focus on Yoigo/Vodafone and objection handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Train and coach new advisors on mobile number portability. 2. Handle the commercial pitch for bill-upgrade offers. 3. Provide on-the-job training (OJT) coaching and support for advisors. **EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENT — PROVEN EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE MANDATORY** Candidates must demonstrate **prior, verifiable expertise** in the following areas: * **Mobile number portability products for the Spanish market**, specifically **Yoigo and/or Vodafone**. * **Commercial pitch for bill-upgrade offers**, including mastery of corresponding rebuttals. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM **Main Responsibilities** * **Train cohorts of newly hired advisors joining the campaign.** * Train advisors on the bill-upgrade pitch and on handling objections typical of Spanish customers. * **Accompany advisors on the floor during their learning curve (OJT training).** * Evaluate trainees’ performance and report progress to the supervisor. **Desirable Qualifications:** * **Specific experience with Yoigo or Vodafone.** * Experience tracking conversion and quality metrics in outbound campaigns.
