What challenges await you? * End-to-end orchestration of the company’s strategic planning process across various Vice Presidencies. * Assessment of business issues to facilitate strategic solutions among potential leaders. * Co\-organize Strategic Planning dissemination events with the CEO, Vice Presidents, and frontline managers. * Management and evaluation of managerial line objectives, coordinating their validation and communication. * Profitability analysis and tracking of potential transformational initiatives. * Preparation of the CEO’s and Strategy Management’s strategic presentations. * Development and management of the Strategy Management’s Opex Plan. * Responding to business information requests and standardizing information for communication. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in strategic planning, planning, project management, or related areas. * Knowledge of financial analysis. * High-impact executive presentations (PPT). * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate English proficiency.
