Participation in technological transformation projects **Technical Project Manager** **Work Mode:** On-site, between Miraflores and Surquillo At Prográmate, we seek a Technical Manager who acts as the bridge between business needs and technology, ensuring efficient requirement management, timely tracking, and value generation for our clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and track technological requirements from users and business areas. * Coordinate with technical teams, specialists, and vendors to ensure timely solutions. * Maintain constant communication with users regarding the status of their requests. Supervise service quality and gather opportunities for improvement. * Identify automation, analytics, AI, and technology initiatives that drive efficiency and value. * Develop KPIs, management reports, and support executive tracking meetings. **Profile We Are Seeking** Professional or technician in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, B2B Customer Success, Technological Project Coordination, IT Business Partnering, or similar roles.
