Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support specialist for Konecta in Central Lima, responsible for configuring, installing, modifying systems, and maintaining computer equipment. Key Points: 1. Career path development and positive work environment We are currently recruiting personnel for the Technical Support position at Konecta – Central Lima branch. Work Mode: On-site Responsibilities: * Computer equipment configuration * Operating system and disk image installation * Modification of basic system files and parameters * Preventive/corrective technical support and maintenance of equipment Requirements: * Completed technical studies in Computing and Informatics or Networking (minimum 3 years) * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support * Basic knowledge of Cisco networking * Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts (day and night shifts) * Preference for candidates not currently enrolled in studies due to shift rotation requirements Benefits: * Base salary: S/ 1,400 * Enrollment in MYPE payroll at 50% * Career path * Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
