Required Profile * Graduate in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the industrial sector. * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of maintenance management, Lean tools, and continuous improvement. * Experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling maintenance activities. * Ability to coordinate and supervise work teams. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
