Job Summary: We are seeking staff for customer service and dining room service, with skills in table service techniques, POS operation, and a proactive, customer-oriented attitude. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on courtesy, teamwork, and proactivity **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education**: Completed secondary education; technical studies currently underway in gastronomy, hospitality, or related fields are desirable. **Experience**: Minimum of 3 to 6 months’ experience in customer service, sales, or dining room service. **Technical Competencies** ● Basic table service techniques and tray handling. ● Knowledge of the product menu and its features. ● Basic operation of point-of-sale (POS) systems, preferably Restaurant.pe **Soft Skills and Competencies** ● Courtesy and customer orientation. ● Teamwork and clear communication. ● Stress tolerance and agility. ● Professional appearance, proactivity, and service mindset. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Customer Service** ● Greet and seat customers, present the menu, and accurately take orders. ● Recommend menu items and perform suggestive selling according to store guidelines. ● Serve food and beverages in accordance with presentation standards and defined timeframes. ● Address customer inquiries during their visit and bid them a courteous farewell. **Dining Room Service and Setup** ● Set up and clear tables according to brand standards. ● Ensure cleanliness and order in the dining area throughout the shift. ● Restock table supplies (napkins, condiments, cutlery, etc.). **Operational Coordination** ● Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and/or bar via the system or directly. ● Coordinate with the kitchen and barista regarding order delivery timing. ● Inform customers about menu changes or stock shortages. ● Report service complaints or incidents to the Administrator or Supervisor. ● Promote suggestive selling. **Regulatory Compliance** ● Properly wear the uniform and adhere to personal hygiene standards. ● Follow biosafety and food safety protocols when handling served food. Salary: S/.10\.00 \- S/.20\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
