We are a healthcare and technology company specializing in comprehensive solutions for prevention, safety, and pre-hospital medical care. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical degree in Administration or related field relevant to this position * Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouses of clinics or hospitals (receiving, storage, dispatch, transfers, inventories, kardex) * Intermediate-level office software/Excel proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive requests from various departments for appropriate handling. * Register information in the RP system we use. * Maintain merchandise inventory and update expiration dates of supplies. Report out-of-stock items. * Load and unload merchandise within the warehouse. * Assemble orders according to each department’s request for distribution and dispatch to various units using the company-provided vehicle. * Receive products from suppliers and verify they are in good condition. * Prepare reports according to regulations and specific standards regarding operational compliance. * Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Management and Operations Supervision.
