We take pride in being an employer that promotes equal opportunity. **Who Are We Looking For?** * Students in the final years of Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geographic Engineering, or related disciplines. * Interest in data analysis, systematization, and process improvement. * Proficiency in Excel and, preferably, Power BI, GIS, R, or other analytical tools. * Advanced English, strong analytical skills, and excellent writing ability. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and responsibly use artificial intelligence tools. **What Will You Do?** * Organize, clean, and analyze databases. * Develop indicators, visualizations, and dashboards. * Support quantitative analyses and presentation of results. * Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives. **Background:** Since establishing ourselves in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region in the 1990s, ERM has grown steadily, now employing over 800 professionals across its offices in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guyana, Mexico, and Peru.
