Position Summary: We are seeking an initiative-driven Environmental Engineer to monitor environmental management activities for a highway concession project, involving both field and office work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in supervision and monitoring of environmental compliance 2. Preparation of environmental reports and construction progress reports 3. Support in review and supervision of auxiliary areas At COVISOL, we are seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our team and contribute to the environmental management oversight of activities carried out under the highway concession. We seek a proactive professional capable of working both in the field and in the office, and committed to complying with current environmental regulations. 1\. Main responsibilities \- Support the review and supervision of auxiliary areas (quarries, DMEs, industrial plants, construction sites, etc.) \- Support the review, supervision, and monitoring of environmental compliance. \- Support the preparation of environmental reports and construction progress reports. \- Perform other related duties as assigned by management. 2\. Requirements Academic background Professional degree in Environmental Engineering. Experience \- Minimum of 3 years of general professional experience. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to this position. Knowledge and proficiency in tools \- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams (intermediate level). \- AutoCAD and ArcGIS (intermediate level). Technical knowledge \- Environmental Management Instruments (EIA, DIA, ITS, PAMA, among others). \- Current environmental regulations. \- Environmental monitoring. \- Environmental inspection. \- Closure plans. \- Environmental administrative procedures before entities such as SENACE, DGAAM, among others. \- Proficiency in State platforms and portals (GeoCatmin and others). 3\. Position conditions \- Must reside in the city of Chiclayo. \- Availability to travel within the concession area (Trujillo – Sullana section). \- Willingness to travel. \- Availability to perform both field and office work. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
