An environmental company specializing in hazardous waste management is seeking **Loading Operators** to strengthen its operational team. We seek responsible, dynamic, and safety-conscious individuals who wish to join a growing company and participate in operational activities while meeting established standards. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Ventanilla or nearby areas to the Porcino Park. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with rest days assigned according to the schedule. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts and Saturday shifts of 6 hours. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and movement of waste or materials in accordance with internal procedures. * Provide support in organizing and reviewing records/documents related to operations. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor as required by service needs. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll starting from the first day of work. * Guaranteed biweekly payments. * Financial support for transportation and meals. * Full attendance bonus. * Additional bonus of S/ 1,000 in June and November. * Continuous training. * Career path and opportunities for professional development.
