Job Summary: PK SOLUCIONES S.A.C. is seeking a committed and safety-oriented SSOMA Supervisor for a temporary project in the mining industry, responsible for overseeing standards and regulations. We are currently seeking a committed, safety-oriented professional to join our team. **Position** **SSOMA Supervisor – Temporary Project (SMEB)** **Requirements** * Degree holder and licensed in Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Valid professional license and registration (mandatory). * Minimum **3 years** of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in mining projects (mandatory). * Proven experience in electrical activities within the mining sector (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of **Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM** and its amendment **Supreme Decree No. 023-2017-EM**, as well as current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Experience in mining units of **Sociedad Minera El Brocal** (desirable). * Immediate availability for registration. * Availability to work under the mining labor regime for a temporary project. * Availability to travel and work at a mining unit. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards during service execution. * Verify proper implementation of safe work procedures and work permits. * Conduct field safety inspections and identify substandard conditions and acts. * Prepare technical reports, incident reports, observations, and SSOMA statistics. * Coordinate safety inductions, trainings, and safety talks for personnel. * Ensure compliance with current legislation and client standards. * Participate in incident investigations and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Provide technical safety advice and risk prevention guidance to operational staff. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Planning and organization. * Decision-making. * Results orientation. * Strong commitment to safety. **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Accommodation, meals, and transportation covered during the project. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity to participate in high-impact projects in the mining sector. **Contract Type:** Temporary project. **Working Hours:** Full-time. **Work Location:** Raura Mining Unit. **Willingness to Travel:** Yes.
