We are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team. **Position** **Site Engineer (01 Vacancy)** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree and professional registration in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Valid professional license and registration. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience working as a Site Engineer or in similar positions. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in mining sector projects**. * Willingness and ability to travel and work at mining sites nationwide. * Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project (preferred). **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, direct, and supervise field project and service execution. * Prepare technical and economic proposals for projects. * Develop and implement work plans according to client requirements. * Manage human resources, equipment, tools, and materials assigned to the project. * Supervise adherence to schedule, budget, and scope of service. * Review and approve technical documentation, detailed engineering, and technical alternatives. * Prepare technical reports, valuations, and project progress reports. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality standards during work execution. * Maintain continuous coordination with the client and all involved departments to guarantee achievement of project objectives. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Decision-making ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Problem-solving skills. * Proactivity. **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment contract upon evaluation. * Opportunity for professional development and career path. * Ongoing training. * Excellent working environment. * Participation in innovation and digital transformation projects for the mining industry. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site – Work at mining units. **Availability:** Frequent nationwide travel.
