Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and professionally registered professional with mining experience and solid knowledge in occupational safety and health.
Key Highlights:
1. Minimum certified 5 years of experience in mining.
2. Knowledge of the Mining Occupational Safety and Health Regulation.
3. Ability to develop Written Safe Work Procedures (PETs), Written Permits for High-Risk Work (PETAR), and management plans.
* Licensed and professionally registered (Mining Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field).
* Minimum certified 5 years of experience working in mining.
* Knowledge of the Mining Occupational Safety and Health Regulation, approved by Supreme Decree No. DS 024\-2016\-EM and its amendment DS 023\-2017\.
* Thorough understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and prevention associated with operations.
* Ability to develop Written Safe Work Procedures (PETs).
* Systematic analysis of Written Permits for High-Risk Work (PETAR).
* Ability to draft and knowledge of operational standards.
* Knowledge of first aid.
* Replacement personnel must possess similar competencies to cover absences under the work schedule system.
* MTC A2b license for internal driving.
* Ability to develop management plans.

Work Location: Regular travel
