If you are analytical, organized, and eager to keep learning and contributing process improvements, this is your opportunity to grow professionally within a leader in the concrete prefabrication sector. **Requirements** Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, certified professional, or technical diploma in Accounting and Finance. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax-related functions. Knowledge of current tax regulations. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with accounting systems and/or ERP (STARSOFT preferred). Desirable experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction companies. **Main Responsibilities** Taxation Prepare and file monthly tax returns (IGV, Income Tax, Withholding Taxes, Perceptions, and Retentions). Prepare and validate PDT, PLE, and SIRE reports. Review payment vouchers to ensure proper tax substantiation and correct use of input tax credits. Respond to SUNAT requests by preparing required documentation and reports. Monitor recording and application of withholding taxes. Accounting and Financial Statements Analyze accounting accounts, provisions, adjustments, and reconciliations. Participate in the monthly accounting close. Prepare financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement). Perform bank reconciliations. Provide support during internal and external audits. Inventory and Fixed Assets Control and reconcile the stock ledger (Kardex) with the ERP system. Participate in inventory valuation. Reconcile physical inventory with accounting records. Manage fixed asset controls (additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations). **Other Responsibilities** Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** Formal employment registration from day one (MYPE regime).
