The role aims to provide comprehensive administrative and project-area support, ensuring coordination, management, and tracking of operational and/or documentary requirements related to the authorization and execution of environmental projects in the national mining sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate with the Projects Department, project leaders, and project managers on planning and administrative requirements for each project (e.g., trainings, EMOS’s, homologations, etc.) * Monitor compliance with entry requirements for technical and professional staff assigned to projects. * Coordinate with laboratories, occupational health clinics, and external vendors to schedule medical evaluations and trainings. * Review and validate logistical and administrative requests submitted by project leaders, applying operational judgment and expense control. * Provide administrative support for coordinating travel, field staff mobilization, and documentation. * Maintain up-to-date information and documentation for authorized personnel. * Maintain ongoing coordination with Logistics, Operations, Projects, and Administration departments. * Assist in organizing and prioritizing critical activities under pressure and tight deadlines. * Conduct follow-ups and issue preventive alerts regarding document expirations, training deadlines, and authorization requirements. **Candidate Profile** * University graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
