Description

Job Summary: Support for BIM modeling and construction project management, including construction modeling, quantity takeoff, 4D simulation, and field verification. Key Highlights: 1. Project modeling and adaptation in Autodesk Revit 2. Support for 4D simulation and clash detection 3. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, MS Excel, and Navisworks RESPONSIBILITIES * **Construction Modeling and Breakdown:** Model and adapt projects in **Autodesk Revit**, breaking down elements by phase, sector, and pour sequence per Planning Department instructions. * **Quantity Takeoff:** Generate and export planning tables and quantity computations from Revit to Excel for budget control and material procurement. * **Support for 4D Simulation:** Load data and link schedule tasks (MS Project/Excel) to the model in **Navisworks** to generate videos or screenshots of planned progress. * **Field vs. Model Verification:** Support weekly tracking by updating BIM model parameters according to actual site progress reported by the construction team. * **Clash Detection Support:** Perform basic interference checks (Clash Detection) in Navisworks and report findings to the team. * **CDE Organization:** Maintain up-to-date project folders in the cloud (**Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360**) ensuring all users access the latest model version. QUALIFICATIONS * **Education:** Graduate, Bachelor’s degree, or Technical diploma in **Civil Engineering, Architecture**, or Construction. * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year of experience (including internships) in BIM modeling or technical office/site support. * **Software Proficiency (On-site / Technical Test):** * **Autodesk Revit (Intermediate \- Advanced):** Fluent modeling, parameter handling, phases, view filters, and scheduling tables. * **MS Excel (Intermediate):** Use of pivot tables and formulas for processing quantities. * **Navisworks (Basic \- Intermediate):** Basic 3D element linking and clash reporting. * **MS Project / AutoCAD:** Basic level (ability to interpret Gantt schedules and CAD drawings).
