A specialized telecommunications engineering company, we are looking for an **Accounting Assistant** to provide support in the accounting and administrative areas, with basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes. The candidate must demonstrate organizational ability and a proactive attitude. **Requirements:** ● **Technical diploma or graduate** in **Accounting**, **Administration**, or related fields. ● **Minimum 1 year of experience** in accounting tasks, preferably within engineering or telecommunications companies. ● Basic knowledge of **accounting transaction recording**, **bank reconciliations**, and **report preparation**. ● Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel** at an intermediate level. ● Basic knowledge of **accounting software** (not mandatory). ● Responsible attitude, with ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. **Responsibilities:** ● Support in preparing accounting records and internal audits. ● Prepare accounting reports and statements according to established procedures. ● Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable and payable. ● Support in preparing tax filings (IGV, withholdings, etc.). ● Assist in filing and organizing accounting and administrative documents. **Benefits:** ● Continuous training in accounting and administrative processes. ● Positive work environment and teamwork. ● Opportunity for professional growth within the administrative and accounting areas.
