The position targets finance or accounting professionals who provide support in **financial control, economic information analysis, and budget monitoring**, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and proper management of company resources. **Profile** Technical diploma holder, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Economics, Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. Minimum **1 to 2 years’ experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or similar roles**, preferably within **industrial, mining, construction, or service-sector companies**. Solid knowledge of: * Control and monitoring of **revenues and expenditures**. * Preparation and basic analysis of **financial reports**. * Support in preparation and control of **budgets**. * Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Basic analysis of costs and operating expenses. Proficiency in financial tools: * Excel at **intermediate level** (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Financial or accounting ERP systems (SAP, CONCAR, SISCONT or others – desirable). Analytical ability, organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Availability to work under **standard employment terms**, on-site in Cajamarquilla. **Responsibilities** * Record, control, and monitor the company’s **financial transactions**. * Support preparation of **periodic financial reports**, cash flow statements, and basic analyses. * Manage **accounts payable and accounts receivable**, coordinating with relevant departments. * Support **budget monitoring**, identifying variances and issuing timely alerts. * Coordinate with **accounting, logistics, human resources, and operations departments** to validate financial information. * Verify compliance with financial procedures and internal policies. * Support preparation of information for **internal and external audits**. * Maintain financial documentation organized and up to date. **Benefits** * 70% salary paid via payroll, 30% as bonus. * All statutory benefits. * Timely monthly payments. * Job stability under standard employment terms. * Opportunity to contribute to a company executing high-operational and high-financial-demand projects.
