If you are a creative, organized individual passionate about the digital world and social media, **this challenge is for you!** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, schedule, and publish organic content for brand social media channels (BOMIDI, QCY, and GERM), including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, in accordance with the content calendar and strategy. * Manage daily user comments, messages, and inquiries, providing timely responses aligned with each brand’s tone and identity. * Coordinate influencer campaigns with the KOC/KOL team, tracking planning, posting, and fulfillment of agreed-upon content. * Generate periodic social media performance reports, analyzing metrics such as growth, reach, engagement, and post performance. * Maintain communication and provide support to teams in other countries and/or regions, according to each market’s needs and requirements. * Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to identify opportunities for content creation and improved community engagement. * Provide support for other Social Media-related activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical or university studies in Business Administration and Marketing, Communications and Advertising, Digital Marketing and Advertising, Digital Media and Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Creativity, proactivity, organization, and results orientation. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday (9 a.m. \- 6 p.m.) (including one-hour lunch break) * We offer **formal employment under the General Regime from the first working day** (paid vacation, CTS, bonuses, family allowance). * Opportunities for professional growth and development. *At Twinovo Group, we promote a culture of diversity and inclusion based on equal opportunity for all individuals, regardless of gender, ethnic origin, nationality, or ability/disability.
