At Servitek, we are looking for a Project Assistant to support the management and monitoring of technology projects. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and operational support to the project team. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and deliverables. * Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and progress tracking. * Maintain communication with internal departments and clients. * Plan and organize project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established objectives. * Develop and monitor roadmaps to provide a clear and structured view of the strategic plan required to achieve specific objectives, outlining steps, timelines, and necessary resources. * Coordinate clear and effective communication among team members, ensuring efficient and collaborative execution. ✅ Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Project Management under the PMI framework, PMBOK (preferred). * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). * Prior experience in IT projects is preferred. * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of planning techniques, Gantt charts, roadmaps, Cost-Benefit analysis, change management, stakeholder management, and communications. ✅ We Offer: * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional development. * On-site work modality. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
