(Core Responsibilities)** * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Physical cleaning of hardware (fans, components) and software optimization. * **Formatting and Installation:** Reinstallation of operating systems and configuration of basic software packages (Office, web browsers, antivirus). * **Fault Diagnosis:** Identification of common hardware issues (RAM, hard drives, power supplies). * **Peripheral Management:** Installation and configuration of printers, scanners, keyboards, and monitors. * **First-Line Support:** Assisting users with simple technical issues and email configuration. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Computing, Systems, Networks, or related fields (or currently enrolled in early semesters of such programs). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency with assembly tools and familiarity with internal PC and laptop components. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, process organization, and excellent user interaction skills. * **Experience:** Not mandatory (prior technical knowledge or personal projects are highly valued). **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary / Internship agreement. * Opportunity for continuous learning in technological infrastructure. * Pleasant working environment.
