We invite you to join our team as an **Onsite Cybersecurity Analyst**. **The ideal candidate: Is it you?** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Science, Networks and Communications, Electronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of cybersecurity, information security, and systems. * 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Administration, support, and creation of use cases for WAF rules/policies. * Intermediate Python proficiency. * **Knowledge of any of the following: WAF, DBF, Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Protection.** * SIEM platform experience. **Extra points (desirable):** * Intermediate PowerShell proficiency. * Firewall knowledge. * Creation of technical and executive charts and reports. **Key responsibilities and challenges you’ll take on with us:** * Handle and manage tickets related to incidents, requests, and technical changes, adhering to internal protocols and client guidelines regarding security, confidentiality, and operational continuity. * Monitor various security solutions to ensure proper functionality and generate reports to support client decision-making. * Log all resolved cases for future reference and potential audits. * Implement necessary technologies to ensure correct operation of hardware, software, licenses, or other components. * Report status updates, progress, and critical incidents to your immediate supervisor for awareness and/or alternative solution support. * Manage backups and updated configurations of the assigned solution, ensuring secure and encrypted transmission of all sensitive information shared with the client. * Coordinate and escalate complex technical issues to vendors or higher-level support teams. * Other duties related to the position. **Benefits to grow together:** * Full statutory employment contract with all legally mandated benefits. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage. * Professional development opportunities and career path. * Birthday leave day. * Continuous training and certifications. * Culture of recognition and a collaborative environment. **If you’re ready to join this outstanding team, please send your CV to talento@imperia.com.pe / andrea.balcazar@imperia.com.pe, specifying the position and your salary expectations.
