Job Summary: We are seeking Psychology or Business Administration students to support HR management, recruitment, employee well-being, workplace climate, and event organization. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible schedules for students ISOCAL is a metrology network comprising laboratories accredited by INACAL, A2LA, and PJLA, focused on delivering comprehensive metrology services to industry: mining, manufacturing, and laboratories. What do we need from you? * Psychology or Business Administration students, at least halfway through their studies. * Proficiency in Office 365 (intermediate level). * Proficiency in English (intermediate level). Responsibilities: * Assist in reviewing, organizing, and classifying information. * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Provide assistance in employee well-being, workplace climate, and culture initiatives. * Support the organization of internal and corporate events. * Other responsibilities related to the Human Resources area.
