Ensure compliance with applicable labor, tax, and social security regulations. Administer and control the organization’s salary structures and compensation bands. Coordinate the calculation and payment of labor benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments, etc.). Prepare reports and indicators related to personnel costs, payroll, and compensation. Supervise accurate recording and control of personnel incidents affecting payroll. Participate in developing and updating compensation and benefits policies. Provide internal support and advisory services regarding remuneration and benefits inquiries.
