A leading company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to help ensure operational continuity through proper backup management and technical support. **Functions:** Monitor and execute data backup and restoration. Provide basic technical support to internal users (equipment installation and configuration, incidents). Perform simple preventive and corrective maintenance. Document procedures and report incidents to the Infrastructure Coordinator. **Requirements** Technical or university degree in Systems, Computing, or related fields. 1 year of experience in technical support. Availability to work 100% on-site in Chorrillos and BSf Lurin. **Basic knowledge in:** Backup procedures. Windows/Linux. Networks and connectivity.
