Job Summary: LOGISTICALS S.A. is seeking an IT Technician for technical support and operations, responsible for maintenance and configuration of equipment and generation of reports. Maintenance and configuration of computer equipment LOGISTICALS S.A., a leading company in the technology services sector, requires hiring an **IT TECHNICIAN** to join our technical support and operations department. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical studies in Computer Science and/or Systems. * Minimum 2 years of work experience in Technical Support areas. * Knowledge of computer assembly, configuration, and performance enhancement. * Experience in diagnosing and repairing computers and printers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office and others). * Availability to work in AYACUCHO \- HUANTA **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks related to computer equipment. * Maintenance and configuration of projectors. * Generation of service reports (reporting). * Manage assigned tasks responsibly with proper follow-up. * Maintain order, recordkeeping, and control of documentation related to Technical Support and Operations activities. **We Offer:** * RxH * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
