Job Summary: We are seeking a technical or university graduate with experience in technical support to assume operational responsibilities in the field, including equipment inspection, inventory preparation, and logistical and transportation support. Logistical support and equipment transportation **Requirements:** * Academic background: Technician and/or University degree in Systems, Computing, or Informatics (completed, ongoing, or incomplete studies). * Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Technical Support or similar positions (mandatory). * Driver's license A1 preferred (not mandatory). * Must reside in Metropolitan Lima and Callao. * Availability for short domestic trips. **Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, communications, and general computing equipment. * IT skills: Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (intermediate level), and ServiceNow and/or Aranda tools (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. * ITIL v3 certification. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and readiness of materials in advance prior to executing various services. * Ensuring smooth field operations by assuming responsibility for the service to be delivered. * Inspection of computer equipment, verification of hardware and software (BIOS), as well as aesthetic damage, physical breakage, or identification of non-operational equipment. * Preparation of inventories according to the header specified by the client; labeling as required. * Preparation of documentation (EXCEL) or reports supporting inspections or expert assessments, following the client’s established format. * Packaging of equipment once verified and ready for transport. * Assistance in loading assets, up to 25 kg per person, for delivery to the client’s site. * Warehouse control and inventory management. * Providing accurate information to the client regarding the service to be delivered, to optimize timelines and deliveries. * Logistical support and transportation of equipment to the destination (client). * Providing accurate information to the client regarding the service to be delivered, to optimize timelines and deliveries. * Compliance with organizational Occupational Safety and Health standards and procedures. * Compliance with company policies, regulations, and other management systems. * Safe transportation of technical personnel and technological assets within Lima and provinces. * Other duties inherent to the position, tasks, and responsibilities. **Benefits:** * Salary: From S/1,200 to S/1,500. * Transportation allowances. * Formal payroll from day one. * EsSalud. * Excellent work environment.
