Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanic II to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on crushing, grinding, flotation equipment, and to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment. 2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. 3. Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics for maintenance. ***COPPERFIELD PERÚ SAC***, a polymetallic concentrator plant, is currently seeking one (1) ***MECHANIC II.*** **Requirements:** * Certified Mechanical Maintenance Technician or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic in mining or mining plants, plus an additional 2 years of experience in mining and concentrator plants. * Availability to work under the ATYPICAL 14X7 system in Barranca \- Paramonga. * Valid documented CV. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** on crushing, grinding, flotation, filter press, and tailings equipment. * Diagnose and resolve **mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures**, performing adjustments, alignments, balancing, and operational tests. * Interpret **mechanical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics** to execute maintenance tasks. * Provide **technical support to Mechanic I staff**, and participate in plant shutdowns, expansion projects, and improvements. * Record maintenance activities and results, ensuring compliance with **SSOMA, order, and cleanliness** standards in the work area. **Benefits:** * Payroll registration from day one. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, profit-sharing, and CTS). * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law). * Birthday leave. * Fully covered shared meals and accommodation at the camp. * Transportation between Barranca and the plant, and vice versa. **WORK LOCATION: BARRANCA, PARAMONGA** At Copperfield Perú SAC, we support diversity and inclusion in all forms, without discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, or disability.
