Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to develop solutions and fabrication drawings for industrial projects within the engineering team. Participation in industrial projects for prominent companies in the sector We are a leading Peruvian company specializing in the design and manufacturing of electrical and telecommunications solutions for the metalworking industry, with over 30 years of market experience and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our engineering and design team. We seek a proactive individual, detail-oriented, and capable of developing mechanical solutions and fabrication drawings for industrial projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop mechanical models and drawings for enclosures, cabinets, and lightweight metal structures using design software. * Perform modifications and updates to drawings according to project and production requirements. * Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and manufacturing requirements. * Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Perform basic quantity take-offs and material lists based on developed drawings. * Provide technical support during the manufacturing process and resolve design-related queries. * Participate in technical data collection and development of mechanical solutions for new projects. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical design, metalworking, or similar industrial fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with enclosure, metal cabinet, and lightweight metal structure design is desirable. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork capability. * Availability to work onsite in Ate, Lima. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Timely biweekly payments. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Career path and growth opportunities within the company. * Participation in industrial projects for prominent companies in the sector. * Excellent working environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Full-time, onsite employment.
