We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Objective:** You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling construction project schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and control construction project schedules, ensuring physical progress tracking, identification of deviations, and support for decision-making in accordance with PMO standards to guarantee compliance with contractual milestones and schedule objectives. * Prepare, update, and maintain the project schedule in alignment with the approved baseline plan. * Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules. * Conduct periodic physical progress tracking of the project. * Identify critical path, float, and schedule risks. * Analyze deviations and support the definition of recovery plans. * Prepare planning reports, S-curves, look-ahead reports, and KPIs. * Monitor contractor and subcontractor progress against the schedule. * Support impact analysis for changes and schedule-related claims. * Coordinate information with construction, engineering, cost, and contracts teams. **What will you bring?** You must have over 5 years of experience in construction project planning, ideally on mining projects. **Specific Knowledge:** * Project planning and scheduling. * Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis. * Physical progress measurement. * Recovery analysis and rescheduling. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualifications, Certifications, Training:** Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineer or related discipline. **IT Skills:** * Earned Value Management. * Primavera P6. * MS Project. * Acumen Fuse. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel. **Personal Competencies:** * Analytical thinking. * Organization and information management. * Effective communication. * Multidisciplinary teamwork. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Work Conditions** * **Format:** On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day. * **Location:** Cajamarquilla, Lima. (Company provides transportation.)
