Job Summary: A leading construction company is seeking an SSOMA Occupational Safety Assistant to support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System. A prominent construction company is seeking an **SSOMA Occupational Safety Assistant**, who will provide support in implementing, monitoring, and improving the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System, promoting a preventive culture across operations. Main Responsibilities * Support planning and coordination of SSOMA activities. * Ensure compliance with the Internal Safety Regulations and applicable legislation. * Implement and monitor the SSOMA Training Program. * Conduct and support safety talks for personnel. * Support management of the Safety and Health at Work Committee. * Record, report, and follow up on accidents, incidents, and corrective actions. * Monitor and archive SSOMA system documentation. * Support management of occupational medical examinations (EMO). * Participate in developing and updating SSOMA procedures, instructions, and programs. * Support tracking of departmental performance indicators. * Provide support during internal and external audits and certification processes. * Support proper solid waste management. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year’s experience as an SSOMA assistant or occupational safety officer**. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations (Law No. 29783\). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in the construction industry is desirable. * Proactive, organized, and prevention-oriented. * Must reside in Asia, Mala, Cañete, or nearby areas.
