Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Production Control Assistant into our team, who will be responsible for supporting field information collection, record control, and production data analysis. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience performing administrative functions, document control, or production control. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Proficiency in pivot tables, reporting, and information analysis. * Strong organizational, analytical, and performance indicator tracking skills. * Availability to work in Huachipa – Cajamarquilla. **Responsibilities:** * Collect and record information on-site. * Control and consolidate production data from the Shot Blasting area. * Prepare daily reports and control dashboards for operational tracking. * Verify accurate information recording and completion of daily closings. * Analyze performance indicators and report deviations or incidents. * Provide administrative and operational support to the department head. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits and Conditions:** * Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Profit-sharing. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work location: Huachipa – Cajamarquilla.
