We are always looking ahead, anticipating changes in medical science and technology. **Objective** Provide support for Product Quality Review (PQR), First Lot Quality Review (FLQR), Post-Launch Review (PLR), Finished Product Release, Inspection Control (plant), Risk Management, Internal Audits, Supplier Audits, Regulatory Audits, External Audits, Exception Reporting, Change Control, as well as preparation of documentation required for compliance with various Quality Assurance programs and processes. Reports to: Head of Quality Assurance. Coordinates with: Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Assurance Analyst, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Head of Quality Assurance, and responsible personnel from departments related to these processes. **What You'll Do:** * Coordinate, collect, and organize information for the PQR process from supporting departments and related documentation (Technical File). * Collect, organize, and track information for the Audit process (including internal, regulatory, supplier, external audits, and other related audit activities). * Coordinate, collect, and organize information for the FLQR/PLR process from supporting departments. * Maintain the document management system up to date (storage of PQR/FLQR/PLR process reports). * Support updating programs, lists, and other documents for the PQR/FLQR/PLR processes. * Support the Exception Reporting process. * Support the Audit process. * Support the Inspection Control process—including sampling, inspection, documentary review, and other related activities—as well as support for the Change Control process. * Support the Finished Product Release process. * Provide support for the Risk Management process. * Report the status of each process’s key performance indicators according to the established frequency. **Required Qualifications** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Pharmaceutical Chemistry. * Preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical industrial sector. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Preferably knowledgeable in quality tools. * Availability to work at the Lince Plant site. * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. **Apply Now** Follow your professional aspirations with Abbott to access diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
