We are looking for a Solutions Engineering Team Leader in Lima to lead a team of engineers and technicians specialized in control, protection, and automation of electrical substations, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with our highest global standards. This role is intended for professionals with strong technical expertise and leadership aptitude who wish to make a meaningful impact on nationally significant electrical projects. **Your Responsibilities:** * Lead, develop, and motivate a team of engineering and field professionals, ensuring high-level technical and operational results. * Coordinate and supervise engineering development for control, protection, telecommunications, and modernization of electrical substations. * Ensure application of technical standards, processes, and corporate procedures across all project phases. * Provide technical support to bidding and sales teams, actively participating in defining solutions for strategic customers. * Promote continuous improvement, technical competency development, and innovation within the team. * Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficiency and goal achievement. **What We Are Looking For:** * Licensed and registered Electrical Engineer (licensure preferred). * 8–10 years of professional experience, including: * + Approximately 5 years in the field (substations, control and protection, modernization or automation). + Approximately 5 years leading engineering teams. * Solid knowledge of digital substations, control, protection, and telecommunications. * Experience working with energy, mining, or infrastructure sector clients (e.g., utilities, distributors, industrial companies). * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Key competencies: Decision Making, Driving for Results, Coaching \& Developing Others, Building Organizational Talent, Customer Focus, Driving Change, and Innovation. **Why Join Siemens?** At Siemens, you will lead a team driving the country's energy transition by implementing solutions that combine technology, sustainability, and cutting-edge engineering.
