Requirements: \- Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering or related fields \- Knowledge of Windows desktop (W7, W8\.1, W10\), Office, Office 365, Microsoft365, and Level I networking. \- 1 year of experience in help desks, service desks, or technical support involving ticketing Responsibilities: \- Providing technical support to users regarding base software, office software, and applications. \- Ensuring operational continuity during scheduled hours for incident support services reported by users of systems covered under the service scope. \- Handling application-related incidents from the Help Desk. \- Logging all incidents occurring during the assigned shift. \- Continuously tracking pending tickets and ensuring their proper closure. \- Sharing knowledge gained from training sessions conducted by HITSS personnel with team members. \- Logging support requests in the Help Desk tool. \- Verifying that each request contains the minimum required information for processing Schedule: Rotating shifts between 7 AM and 9 PM; 5 working days per week, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day); Saturday shift is rotating between 7 AM and 1 PM (some weeks require Saturday work, others do not) Benefits: Joining the América Móvil Group.
