




Job Summary: This role is for an IT support technician who will manage incident tickets, provide technical support to users, maintain meeting room equipment and printers, and collaborate with global teams. Key Highlights: 1. IT support investigating incidents and service requests. 2. Collaboration with global teams and VIP users. 3. Maintenance of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting. **Key Responsibilities** Investigate incoming IT-related incident tickets; Fulfill IT-related service requests, such as creating and configuring user accounts, and we also expect assistance with the initial setup of this access. Provide user support via phone calls, chat, and ticketing tools. Assist other teams in backup-related activities. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the company, including our global teams, to deliver support. Provide assistance and preparation of meeting rooms for VIP users. Ensure meeting rooms remain fully operational by performing checklists on these devices. Maintain printer devices in working condition; in case of issues, request assistance from the vendor. **Requirements (Hard and Soft Skills)** Basic IT knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Android, iOS, and common software applications. Basic IT knowledge of hardware support, maintaining and supporting company devices. Problem-solving skills. Excellent communicator, culturally sensitive, patient. Customer-service driven, understands the importance of business confidentiality and user privacy. Argentina 6000 Carmen de la Legua, Callao, Lima **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (16:00 hours), and occasionally available on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (15:00 hours). **Salary Range:** USD 750.00 to USD 1,000.00, depending on experience. **English Proficiency Level:** **Conversational to advanced, mandatory.
