We seek an organized, analytical professional with excellent communication skills, whose primary challenge will be to structure and manage the **Maintenance Area’s Technical Training Matrix**, ensuring operational excellence, while also supporting internal communication strategies to keep our team informed and motivated. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Lead the technical training plan:** Design, update, and conduct thorough follow-up of the Maintenance Technical Training Matrix, identifying knowledge gaps and certification needs. * **Operational coordination:** Manage scheduling, logistics, and attendance tracking for courses and workshops (internal and with external providers) for operational and technical staff. * **KPI management:** Monitor area indicators (training hours, coverage, budget, and satisfaction level), ensuring accurate reporting for decision-making. * **Internal communication support:** Draft and design graphic materials or communications (newsletters, bulletin boards, key messages) to keep the organization informed, translating technical information into clear and accessible language. * **Culture and events:** Actively support the execution of climate campaigns, organizational culture initiatives, recognition programs, and corporate internal events. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Graduate in Human Resources, Communication Sciences, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within Human Resources, Training, or Organizational Development areas. * **Sector:** Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, operations, or maintenance companies (handling technical/operational personnel) is highly desirable. * **Excel:** Intermediate to Advanced level (mandatory for managing matrices, data cross-referencing, and charts). * **Digital tools:** User/intermediate-level proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator for communication support. **Competencies that will make you shine in this role:** * Planning and high level of organization. * Attention to detail and data rigor. * Excellent interpersonal skills and assertive communication. * Proactivity and collaborative spirit. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunity for learning and development in a dynamic industrial environment. * Pleasant work environment and culture focused on employee well-being. * Work location: San Juan de Miraflores (Km. 18 on the Pan-American Highway South) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Application questions: * Please provide your WhatsApp number for contact purposes. * In which district do you currently reside?
