A real estate company is seeking a Bachelor's degree holder or licensed professional in Architecture/Engineering with experience in: * Proven experience preparing certification files such as Green Bond and Edge. * Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions within the real estate sector. * Knowledge of procedures and documentation required for multifamily building project certifications. * Proficiency in the National Building Regulations (mandatory). * Proficiency in software relevant to the field of Architecture. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to establish relationships at all levels. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Orderliness and punctuality. * Initiative and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of certification files for multifamily projects, including Green Bond, Edge, and others. * Communication with various on-site departments, suppliers, and specialists to obtain required information for certifications. * Tracking of certification files undergoing evaluation. * Compilation of observations after file review. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
