Job Summary: VERDE PURO - Vermi S.A.C. is seeking staff for the production, industrialization, and commercialization of high-standard vegetables, with responsibilities including cultivation, maintenance, planting, harvesting, and cleaning. All statutory benefits under the General Regime **VERDE PURO \- Vermi S.A.C.** A company comprising over 120 employees, located in the district of Pachacamac, relatively close to the main square. We specialize in the production, industrialization, and commercialization of high-quality vegetables supplied to well-known supermarkets and restaurants across Peru. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferably reside in the district of Pachacamac, Lurín, or nearby areas. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 5:30 AM to 2:15 PM. * Availability to work overtime in rare cases when urgent situations arise in the work area. **(This almost never occurs).** * Ability to lift weights as required. Maximum 15 kg, as stipulated by law for women. * Responsible, punctual individuals with a willingness to learn and agility to perform assigned tasks efficiently and within the shortest possible time. * Experience in agriculture, either formally or informally. **(Mandatory).** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out preparation, maintenance, planting, transplanting, harvesting, cleaning, weeding, and organic waste collection in vegetable cultivation zones, according to the Supply Program. * Rotate across any field zones as directed by supervisors. * Use tools correctly as trained. * Maintain good order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. * Comply with protocols established by departments responsible for the position (Supply, Quality, Occupational Safety and Health, Human Resources, and/or as determined by General Management). * Other duties to be detailed during the in-person interview. **MAIN BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Job stability. * Market-competitive salary. * \+Overtime pay. * All statutory benefits fully covered under the General Regime. * Full bonus payment. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) payment. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Private Health Insurance (SCTR). * EsSalud. * Etc.
