If you are motivated by fieldwork, engaging with school administrators, and achieving commercial targets, this opportunity is for you. **MISSION** Expand our presence in schools and strengthen relationships with educational institutions, promoting our portfolio of books and educational solutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Visit schools and educational institutions to present our portfolio. * Develop new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio. * Conduct institutional talks and presentations. * Manage and update the database of schools within the assigned area. * Negotiate commercial proposals and close sales. * Conduct post-sales follow-up and strengthen customer relationships. * Represent the company at educational campaigns and events. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies (from the 5th semester onward or completed). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or service promotion. * Experience in fieldwork (preferably in education, insurance, telecommunications, or mass consumer goods). * Must work PRESENTIALLY in the field from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am \- 1:00 pm. * Own vehicle is desirable (not mandatory). **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary \+ commissions: * Additional mobility allowance: * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, ESSALUD). * Ongoing training in sales and product knowledge. * Participation in educational fairs and events. * Professional growth opportunities.
