Position Summary: We are seeking an Optimization Assistant/CAD Technician to perform drawing and plan optimization according to production orders at our Chilca plant. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **OPTIMIZATION ASSISTANT/CAD TECHNICIAN at our Chilca Plant.** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * Perform drawing and plan optimization according to production order specifications for accurate representation on production drawings. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Civil Construction, CAD Technician, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Technician. * Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Illustrator. * Availability to work in Chilca from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. * Residence in districts adjacent to Lima’s southern cone. ***FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Verify that information entered into the SICAR system complies with production order (PO) specifications to perform optimization in Opty Way. * Prepare AUTOCAD drawings of molds or plans reported by the Sales Department (if required), corresponding to production orders for production scheduling. * Review whether drawings and/or measurements are correctly distributed to enable optimal material utilization. * Print and deliver optimized outputs to personnel responsible for production and logistics processes. * Support activities required for the execution of area improvement projects. * Comply with SIG policy, standards, and documents of the Integrated Management System. * Comply with regulations stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, as well as those applicable to the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\). **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, with statutory benefits. * Commuting allowance for travel between Lima\-Chilca. * On-site meals provided. * Birthday leave. * Health insurance, occupational risk insurance (SCTR), and life insurance per statutory requirements. * Full personal protective equipment (PPE). **IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND MEET THE PROFILE, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV THROUGH THIS CHANNEL.** Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a CAD technician and in reading drawings?
