No experience required; we value reliability and eagerness to learn. **Join our team as an Account Management Assistant!** We are a growing business dedicated to managing streaming platform accounts, and we are looking for an organized, responsible, and positive individual to support our customers. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Assign accounts for platforms such as Netflix, Disney\+, HBO Max, and others. * Provide customer support when issues arise during login or account usage, delivering prompt and efficient solutions. * Monitor accounts nearing expiration, manage suspensions as appropriate, and send renewal notices to customers. * Deliver courteous, patient, and solution-oriented service to address any inquiries and ensure an excellent experience. * Collaborate on various tasks as needed. Responsibilities may occasionally vary, but all are straightforward and supported by necessary training. **Requirements:** * Responsible, punctual, and organized. * Attention to detail and commitment to work. * Strong communication skills and friendly interaction with customers. * Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions. * Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Sheets). * Adaptability to change. **Work Location:** Villa El Salvador. Reference: Last stop of the Chinese buses, Av. Lima. (Ideally live nearby) **Working Hours:** Mon \- Sat, 9 AM to 6 PM. Includes lunch break.
