We are seeking a Talent Analyst to support projects, manage selection, onboarding, and employee development processes, and attract talent for ACCIONA AGUA.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead recruitment and selection processes.
2. Responsible for employee training and development.
3. Manage onboarding of new hires.

**Job Description**
**Mission:**
Collaborate and support projects carried out by their unit/department, following guidelines provided by their supervisor, to execute delegated tasks and meet internal customer needs.
They are responsible for attracting, identifying, and selecting employees with the competencies and skills required by the organization. This sub-family includes: talent assessment (e.g., skill evaluation, tests, ranking, reference checks), internal and external job posting (including external agencies), proactive talent sourcing at job fairs and universities, talent planning, internal mobility, and managing onboarding of new hires; they may also be responsible for conducting exit interviews.
**Candidate Requirements**
At **ACCIONA**, for its **WATER** business, we are currently seeking qualified professionals to fill the position of Talent Analyst.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Psychology or related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably within Construction or Services companies.
* Experience in Employee Training and Development.
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
* Conduct headhunting for key business positions.
* Organize and implement onboarding for new employees.
* Responsible for employee training.
* Responsible for employee development.
* Other duties inherent to the role.
