**MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT**
**Company Description**
Mizpa Cargo EIRL, a transportation company, is currently expanding and seeking top talent for the position of **Management Assistant**, who will provide strategic and administrative support to the General Management, contribute to achieving organizational objectives, and ensure efficient management of information and business-critical processes.
**Academic Qualifications**
· Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Administration and Human Resources, Administration and Finance, Administration and Marketing, or related fields.
· Preferred specialization or additional studies in Import Operations and International Trade.
**Technical Knowledge**
· Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions.
· Preferred experience in transportation, logistics, operations, distribution, or mass-consumption companies.
· Experience preparing managerial reports, analyzing and tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
· Experience coordinating and monitoring administrative, operational, and strategic organizational activities.
· Desired experience in import processes, international trade, and supplier management.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* No criminal, police, or judicial records.
* No overdue debts or negative credit ratings in the financial system (verification will be conducted).
* Availability to work on-site.
* Preferably residing in Jesús María, Magdalena del Mar, Pueblo Libre, San Miguel, or neighboring districts.
**Main Responsibilities**
· Manage the executive calendar of the General Management, scheduling meetings, commitments, and strategic company activities.
· Manage documentation and communications for the General Management, ensuring confidentiality and proper information flow.
· Prepare reports, managerial reports, executive presentations, and meeting minutes, tracking agreed-upon actions and commitments.
· Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), strategic projects, and action plans, coordinating with various departments to ensure objective attainment.
· Manage and maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives of the General Management, ensuring traceability and information availability.
· Control, register, and safeguard official company documentation, including official letters, memoranda, correspondence, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
· Coordinate timely receipt, distribution, and follow-up of internal and external correspondence.
· Address and channel requests from customers, suppliers, and strategic partners, ensuring timely responses aligned with contracts and service standards.
· Support the organization of meetings, corporate events, and institutional activities in coordination with relevant departments.
· Maintain ongoing coordination with Operations, Logistics, Human Resources, Legal, and Administration departments to monitor processes, projects, and strategic matters.
· Supervise appropriate use, control, and maintenance of resources assigned to the General Management.
· Perform other related or complementary duties assigned by the General Management.
**Employment Conditions**
· Work Modality: On-site.
· Remuneration: S/ 2,200 to S/ 2,600 depending on experience and evaluation.
