




Job Summary: We are seeking a B2C Technical and Commercial Support Assistant to support customer service, perform equipment configurations, and conduct product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support B2C sales advisors and provide customer service in the showroom 2. Perform equipment calibrations and configurations 3. Conduct technical product demonstrations and customer visits We are looking for a B2C Technical \- Commercial Support Assistant Requirements: \- Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields (completed studies) \- Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or sales of technological equipment is desirable. \- Basic knowledge of electronic equipment diagnostics and configuration. \- Availability to travel within Metropolitan Lima. \- Basic proficiency with computer tools (Office). Responsibilities: \- Assist B2C sales advisors in customer service at the showroom. \- Perform calibrations, configurations, and basic testing of equipment on display or for sale. \- Address and resolve minor technical issues arising during demonstrations or deliveries. \- Accompany B2C sales advisors on customer visits within Metropolitan Lima. \- Conduct technical product demonstrations as required. \- Coordinate with the Technical Support Department for cases requiring specialized assistance. \- Maintain showroom operations and ensure demonstration equipment remains in optimal condition. \- Prepare simple reports on customer service activities and visits conducted. Benefits: Salary: S/. 1500 \- 1,800 Full payroll benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 am \- 1:00 pm Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
