Responsibilities * Assist in preparing and producing desserts, sweet snacks, and bakery products according to brand recipes and quality standards. * Perform mise en place, setup, weighing, and portioning of ingredients. * Collaborate in assembling, decorating, and finishing various preparations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and supply stock in the bakery area. * Verify proper storage and preservation of products and ingredients. * Comply with quality standards, food safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Support area closing procedures and perform necessary tasks to ensure production continuity. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Bakery Assistant, Bakery Production Assistant, or in similar roles. * Formal education in Baking, Pastry Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of dough preparation, fillings, decoration, or dessert production. * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre. * Availability to work fixed shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * Responsible, organized individual with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
