Job Summary: We are seeking a Bakery Assistant to support product preparation, monitor fermentation, and assist with baking at an artisanal café and bakery. Key Highlights: 1. We are growing and wish to welcome a responsible, dynamic, and passionate individual into our team—someone enthusiastic about baking and pastry. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation of breads, doughs, and pastry products. * Support monitoring of fermentation processes according to product type. * Assist with baking and cooling of bread. * Collaborate with the baker on daily production tasks. * Comply with food hygiene and handling standards.
