**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the preparation of breads, doughs, and pastry products.
* Support monitoring of fermentation processes according to product type.
* Assist with baking and cooling of bread.
* Collaborate with the baker on daily production tasks.
* Comply with food hygiene and handling standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum **6 months** of experience (preferred).
* Technical studies or currently enrolled in **Baking, Pastry, or related fields** (not mandatory).
* Availability for rotating shifts.
