Positive work environment. **Multifunctional Assistant Profile** **Position:** General Maintenance and Services Assistant **Location:** Villa El Salvador **Work Mode:** On-site / Full-time **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **carpentry** tasks: assembly, repair, and maintenance of furniture. * Execution of **painting** tasks for interiors, exteriors, and general furniture. * Assistance in **general maintenance** activities: minor installations, basic repairs, and space conditioning. * Collaboration on environmental improvement and adaptation projects. * Logistical support for material transportation and organization. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in carpentry, painting, or general services. * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools. * Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new tasks. * Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to gain experience across various maintenance and service areas.
