Job Description: **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Execute civil works in accordance with project drawings. · Interpret drawings and designs to determine specifications and calculate required materials. · Ensure compliance with safety standards within the assigned crew. · Measure distances between reference points and mark guidelines for carrying out work, such as using plumb lines and levels. · Mix specific quantities of sand, clay, cement, or powdered mortar with water to produce refractory mixtures. · Lead the assigned team. · Coordinate planned works with the Resident Engineer. · Report field non-conformities to the Project Manager. · Report material status weekly. **EDUCATION** · Preferably trained in Masonry and/or Formwork and/or Steel Reinforcement and/or other disciplines related to Civil Construction. · Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment.
