Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated, responsible, and proactive staff to perform cleaning duties across various areas of a building, including floors, common areas, elevators, and staircases. Thorough cleaning of elevators and emergency staircases Dedicated to work Responsible Proactive Responsibilities: Cleaning of all floors and all common areas of the building. Cleaning of the building entrance or lobby, including the sidewalk. Cleaning of waste disposal rooms and containers. Cleaning of elevators, with special attention to buttons and mirrors—areas of high contact. Cleaning of emergency staircases. Note: All items in common areas and staircases, garages, railings, etc., are cleaned (Weekly cleaning distribution) 8-hour workday \+ 45-minute lunch break, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM \+ 45-minute lunch break One day off per week—Saturday or Sunday—rotating with your coworker.
